My Journey

My inspiration for this pillow has been developed from the courageous and amazing women I have met. Their stories touched me so deeply that I wanted to conceive something special that would give hope, strength and reassurance of the possibilities of tomorrow. Whether this is to be a gift, a remembrance or simply to show support for the cause, my goal is to have you understand the meaning behind the pillow.

The Journey Pillow™ is handmade with soft and comforting baby pink chenille fabric and inside it, contains a small solid heart so that it may be felt and held for strength. Within that heart lies MY message to you with my prayer, my wish, my poem and my support. The pillow is designed to cuddle and hold, giving women something made special for them to embrace. This could be through treatment, a remembrance or used for prayer of a loved one. My mission is to have all women know that the creation of this pillow comes from a place of love within me that I want to share. Every pillow is hand done and no two are exactly alike.

I have set up a program called Message in a Pillow™  where women who have found comfort in this pillow, can return it to me, at my cost, and write me their story or message of how it has somehow inspired or helped them. The internal pillow heart will then take on ‘YOUR’ message and be donated to a local Breast Cancer Center where your story will be shared with someone else who needs something to hold on to. This program was developed to keep the pillow moving, helping and supporting women and donating to a cause that I deeply believe in. The choice to return and donate your pillow is completely a personal and private choice. There is no obligation to do so.

A portion of all proceeds from Le Boutique Chic’s Journey Pillow™ will be donated to the Avon Foundation Walk for Breast Cancer to show my support. Thank you for showing yours.
